Boomers, seniors and anyone else who has put off the long drive to the slopes of Mammoth Mountain because the mighty ski area was tough to access now have a much quicker alternative - fly Horizon Air from Los Angeles to Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH) and take advantage of introductory discount fares of $79 each way.

What’s Snowcreek like? It’s a series of gorgeous luxury condos with great views of the ski runs and the Sierra Nevada range. Horizon has daily service now through April 12. The flight departs Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) daily at 2:20 p.m. and arrives at Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH) at 3:25 p.m. The return flight leaves Mammoth at 4:05 p.m. and arrives at LAX at 5:10 p.m.
